Terms of Service

Last updated: September 25, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an account, accepting an invitation, or using the Truckers Unidos website or the Ewall platform (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or office, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

2. The Service

Ewall helps trucking companies and the offices that serve them prepare and track compliance filings, including IFTA, UCR, Form 2290 and DMV renewals, and manage related fleet records, documents and billing.

Ewall is a preparation and tracking tool. Government agencies make the final decision on every filing. We do not provide legal or tax advice, and you remain responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for meeting your filing deadlines.

3. Accounts and security

  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • Keep your password and two-factor codes private; you are responsible for activity under your account.
  • Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
  • We may suspend or deactivate accounts that violate these terms or put other users at risk.

4. Offices, carriers and your data

A carrier account belongs to one office at a time. The office that opens a case works that case, and filings stay with the office that opened them. You keep read access to your own records if you leave or change offices.

You own the data you upload. You grant us and your office the permission needed to store, process and submit that data to provide the Service.

5. Fees and payment

Service fees, plans and invoices are shown in your account before you are charged. Government fees and taxes are separate from our service fees. Unpaid invoices may delay the completion of a filing.

6. Acceptable use

  • Do not submit false or misleading information to us or to any agency.
  • Do not access data belonging to another company or office.
  • Do not interfere with, probe or overload the Service.
  • Do not use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

7. Third-party services

Some features connect to third parties, such as ELD providers, payment processors and email delivery. Their use is also subject to their own terms.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, penalties or late fees caused by incorrect data, missed deadlines or agency decisions, and our total liability is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or end access for violations of these terms. Records required for compliance, billing or audit purposes may be retained after termination as described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Continuing to use the Service after an update means you accept the new terms.
